快速康复护理在达芬奇机器人辅助下直肠癌根治术围手术期的效果评价

Effect evaluation of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of rectal cancer radical operation assisted by Da Vinci robot

目的:探讨快速康复护理在达芬奇机器人辅助下直肠癌根治术围手术期的应用效果。方法:选取在达芬奇机器人辅助下直肠癌根治术患者90例,按照入院时间随机将其分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用快速康复护理,对照组采用常规护理。观察患者肛门首次排气、首次下床活动时间、住院时间、住院费用、术后舒适度、护理满意度。结果:试验组患者肛门首次排气、首次下床活动时间、住院时间、住院费用显著低于对照组,术后舒适度、护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组和对照组患者术后并发症发生率差异有统计学意义。结论:对于达芬奇机器人辅助下直肠癌根治术的患者,快速康复围手术期护理效果明显,可有效促进患者早期康复,降低术后并发症发生率,增进护患和谐。

Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of rectal cancer radical operation assisted by Da Vinci robot.Methods:Ninety patients with rectal cancer undergoing radical resection assisted by Da Vinci robot were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission time.The experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The first anal exhaust,the first ambulation time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:The first anal exhaust,the first ambulation time,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer assisted by Da Vinci robot,the effect of perioperative nursing of rapid rehabilitation is obvious,which can promote the early rehabilitation of effective patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and enhance the harmony between nurses and patients.
