不同证型腰椎间盘突出症的中医手法治疗研究进展

Research progress of TCM manipulation treatment of different syndrome types of lumbar disc herniation

腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Intervertebral Disk Protrusion,LIDP)是以腰痛伴下肢放射痛为主要表现的腰椎退行性变。中医将其分为气滞血瘀型、寒湿型、湿热型、肝肾亏虚型四种证型。手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床应用广泛,但对不同证型患者手法的选择尚无定论。通过对不同证型腰椎间盘突出症患者的中医手法应用进行研究,可以更好地帮助临床进行手法的选择,提高临床疗效。

Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP)is a degenerative lumbar disease characterized by low back pain and radiation pain of lower limbs.TCM divides it into four types:Qi stagnation(气滞)and blood stasis type,cold dampness type,dampness heat type and deficiency of liver and kidney.Manipulation is widely used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,but there is no final conclusion on the choice of manipulation for different syndrome types.The research on the application of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation in patients with different syndrome types of lumbar disc herniation can better help the clinical selection of manipulation and improve the clinical efficacy.
