电针和TDP配合冲击波治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探析电针和TDP配合冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取医院2019年1月-2020年12月就诊的90例肩周炎患者,随机分为两组各45例。两组患者均给予标准化肩周炎治疗方案,并给予冲击波治疗;观察组同时联合电针和TDP治疗,对比两组临床疗效、肩关节功能恢复及疼痛程度改善情况。结果:观察组(电针和TDP+冲击波)的临床疗效率明显高于对照组(冲击波)临床疗效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肩关节功能恢复及疼痛程度改善情况明显优于对照组,其美国肩肘外科(American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons,ASES)评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针和TDP配合冲击波治疗肩周炎临床效果显著,可有效改善肩关节疼痛、压痛及活动受限等相关症状,促进肩关节功能恢复,值得临床推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture and TDP combined with shock wave in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.METHODS:90 patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given standardized treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,and shockwave therapy;The observation group was simultaneously treated with electroacupuncture and TDP,and the clinical efficacy,shoulder joint function recovery and pain improvement were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The clinical efficacy rate in the observation group(electroacupuncture and TDP+shock wave)was significantly higher than the control group(shock wave),there was a statistical difference between groups(P<0.05).The recovery of shoulder function and improvement of pain degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the improvement of ASES score and VAS score were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and TDP combined with shock wave treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the shoulder pain,tenderness and limited mobility and other related symptoms,promote the recovery of shoulder function,worthy of clinical promotion.
