总结庆慧教授治疗高血压病伴焦虑症的临证经验。庆慧教授经过多年的临床研究和总结,认为高血压病伴焦虑症归属于中医“眩晕”“头痛”“郁病”“脏躁”“惊悸”“不寐”等范畴,多因情志不畅、饮食劳倦等导致脏腑气血失和、阴阳失调,风火从生,痰瘀互结而发。在辨治上庆师倡导病证结合,方证对应的论治观点,并针对病机常选用经典名方单用或合方加减运用,疗效显著。

Professor QING Hui’s clinical experience in treating hypertension with anxiety was introduced in this paper.After many years of clinical research and summary,Professor QING Hui believes that hypertension with anxiety belongs to the categories of“vertigo”“headache”“depression”“visceral dysphoria”“palpitations”and“insomnia”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is mostly caused by poor emotions,diet,fatigue,etc.,which lead to the disharmony of Qi(气)and blood in the viscera,the imbalance of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),the generation of wind and fire,and the mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.In the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,Professor QING Hui advocates the combination of disease and syndrome,and the corresponding theory of prescriptions and syndromes.According to the pathogenesis,the classic prescriptions are often used,and the curative effect is remarkable.
