自拟心衰1号方对心力衰竭患者左室收缩功能、N-末端脑钠肽前体指标的影响

Effects of self-made heart failure No.1 prescription on left ventricular systolic function and NT-Pro BNP inheart failure patients with heart failure

目的:探讨自拟心衰1号方对心力衰竭患者左室收缩功能、N-末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide,NT-ProBNP)指标的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年3月于威海市妇幼保健院治疗的90例心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上使用自拟心衰1号中药处方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后左室收缩功能、NT-ProBNP、6 min步行距离、炎症因子水平指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组在治疗后观察指标:左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Dimension,LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)、舒张末期左心室后壁厚度(Left Ventricular Posterior Wall,LVPW)显著低于对照组,而观察指标左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NT-ProBNP水平低于对照组,6 min步行距离高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟心衰1号方能够提升心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,改善左室收缩功能,调节NT-ProBNP水平,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective:To explore the effects of self-made heart failure No.1 prescription on left ventricular systolic function and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-Pro BNP)in heart failure patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with heart failure from April 2019 to March 2021 were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while observation group was additionally treated with selfmade heart failure No.1 prescription.The clinical curative effect,left ventricular systolic function,NT-Pro BNP,6-min walking distance and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular posterior wall-depth in observation group were lower while left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NT-Pro BNP level in observation group was lower than control group,while 6-minute walking distance was farther than control group(P<0.05).The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made heart failure No.1 prescription can improve the clinical curative effect on heart failure patients,improve left ventricular contractile function,regulate NT-Pro BNP level,and reduce inflammatory factors level.
