牛黄熄风胶囊联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗轻型缺血性脑卒中的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating mild ischemic stroke with the Niuhuang Xifeng capsules plus alteplase intravenous thrombolysis

目的:探讨牛黄熄风胶囊联合重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂静脉溶栓对轻型缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年1月住院治疗的轻型缺血性脑卒中患者50例,根据随机数字表法纳入对照组(予重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂静脉溶栓)和治疗组(予重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂静脉溶栓联合牛黄熄风胶囊)各25例,观察两组治疗前及治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、神经功能改善情况采用Barthel指数评定量表(Barthel Index,BI)评分的变化。结果:两组治疗后14 d、30 d的NIHSS评分较治疗前均明显下降(P均<0.01),且治疗组NIHSS评分降低程度显著高于对照组。两组治疗后BI评分均有所上升(P均<0.01),治疗组BI评分较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:牛黄熄风胶囊联合阿替普酶治疗轻型缺血性脑卒中有显著疗效,有效促进神经功能恢复,改善日常生活能力,提高生活品质,可应用于临床。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Niuhuang Xifeng capsules(牛黄熄风胶囊)plus recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator intravenous thrombolysis on mild ischemic stroke.Methods:50 cases from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(took recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator intravenous thrombolysis)and the treatment group(took recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator intravenous thrombolysis plus the Niuhuang Xifeng capsules)according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.Results:After 14 days of treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease degree in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.BI score in both groups were increased after treatment(P<0.01),and the change in the treatment group was more significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Niuhuang Xifeng capsules plus alteplase shows a significant effect on mild ischemic stroke,can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,ameliorate the ability of daily life,and improve the quality of life.It can be applied in clinical practice.
