醒脑静注射液联合阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

The efficacy of the Xingnaojing injection plus alteplase on acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察醒脑静注射液联合阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:研究期间共有符合标准的60例病患被纳为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对病患使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓后予西医常规治疗,同时观察组病患加用醒脑静注射液,疗程为14 d,对比两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数量表评分、炎症因子指标。结果:观察组治疗后NIHSS评分降低、Barthel指数量表评分提高,且改善程度显著长于对照组(P<0.05),两组病患治疗后超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均降低,且观察组较对照组减少更为突出(P<0.05)。结论:采用醒脑静注射液联合阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效良好,可降低患者血清炎症因子水平,改善患者神经功能缺损症状,提高其自理生活能力。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Xingnaojing injection(醒脑静注射液)plus alteplase on acute cerebral infarction and its influences on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 60 cases met the criteria were enrolled as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.All the included cases took routine Western medicine treatment after intravenous alteplase thrombolysis,while the cases in the observation group were treated additionally with the Xingnaojing injection.The course of treatment was 14 days.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score in the observation group was decreased,and Barthel index score was increased,and the amelioration in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The high sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels in both groups were decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xingnaojing injection plus alteplase shows good efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,ameliorate the neurological impairment symptom,and improve self-care living ability of patients.
