补肾化瘀祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

Effect of Tonifying kidney,removing stasis and dispel phlegm prescription in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨补肾化瘀祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年4月科室门诊治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者102例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各51例。对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,治疗组应用补肾化瘀祛痰方治疗。比对治疗前后两组病患中医证候群指标,并进行评估。结果:治疗组中医证候积分、卵泡数及卵巢体积低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化瘀祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者效果显著,可以有效改善卵巢激素水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tonifying kidney,removing blood stasis and dispel phlegm prescription in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 102 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our outpatient department from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number method.Metformin was used in the control group,while tonifying kidney,removing blood stasis and dispel phlegm were used in the treatment group.Results:The score of TCM symptoms,the number of follicles and ovarian volume in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney,removing blood stasis and dispel phlegm are effective in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and can effectively improve the level of ovarian hormone.
