无痛分娩联合中医认知行为疗法对高龄初产妇分娩结局及满意度的影响

Effects of painless delivery combined with TCM cognitive behavioral therapy on delivery outcome and satisfaction of elderly primiparas

目的:分析无痛分娩联合中医认知行为疗法对高龄初产妇分娩结局及满意度的影响。方法:将医院于2019年1月-2020年12月收治的78例高龄初产妇作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者分别采取不同干预措施后的治疗以及护理满意度、产后出血量、产程时间。结果:相较于对照组产妇,观察组产妇对治疗以及护理的满意度明显更高,对比差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组产妇产后出血量更少,新生儿Apgar评分明显更低,对比差异统计学有明显意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组产妇,观察组分娩时间更短,对比差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄初产妇分娩中对产妇采取无痛分娩联合中医认知行为疗法将更有利于提高产妇对治疗以及护理的满意度,降低分娩后出血量,相较于单独采取无痛分娩优势更明显,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of painless delivery combined with cognitive behavioral therapy of TCM on the delivery outcome and satisfaction of elderly primipara.Methods:78 cases of elderly primiparas admitted to Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The treatment and nursing satisfaction,postpartum blood loss,newborn and labor duration of the two groups were compared and analyzed respectively after different intervention measures.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction with treatment and nursing,The comparative statistical difference was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had less postpartum hemorrhage,and the comparative statistical difference was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the delivery time of the observation group was shorter,and the comparative statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the delivery of elderly primiparas,painless delivery combined with cognitive behavioral therapy of TCM will be more conducive to improve the satisfaction of treatment and nursing,reduce the amount of blood loss after delivery,compared with painless delivery alone,it has more obvious advantages,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
