桃红四物汤加减结合肩关节悬吊治疗肩袖损伤临床报道

A clinical report on treating rotator cuff injury with the Taohong Siwu decoction plus shoulder joint suspension

目的:研究桃红四物汤加减治疗肩袖损伤以及桃红四物汤加减结合肩关节悬吊治疗肩袖损伤后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及肩关节功能Constant-Murley量表(Constant and Murley Scale,CMS)评分的差异以及疗程长短,为临床治疗肩袖损伤提供参考。方法:回顾分析2015年1月-2021年12月门诊治疗的肩袖损伤60例患者的临床资料。记录患者治疗前后疼痛VAS评分及肩关节功能CMS评分的差异。结果:桃红四物汤治疗肩袖损伤治疗前后疼痛VAS评分及肩关节功能CMS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);桃红四物汤加减结合肩关节悬吊治疗相比单独桃红四物汤加减治疗肩袖损伤最终疼痛VAS评分及肩关节功能CMS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗2周及四周VAS及CMS评分比较,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加减对肩袖损伤NEER分型1、2型有明显的治疗作用,结合肩关节悬吊疗效更佳。

Objective:The differences of pain VAS scores and shoulder joint function CMS scores of rotator cuff injury patients took the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)and the Taohong Siwu decoction plus shoulder joint suspension,as well as the length of treatment course were studied to provide more reference for the clinical treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:The clinical data of 60 cases from January 2015 to December 2021 was retrospectively analyzed.The differences of VAS score and shoulder joint function CMS score were recorded before and after treatment.Results:There were significant differences in VAS score and CMS score before and after treating rotator cuff injury with the Taohong Siwu decoction(P<0.05).There were significant differences in final VAS score and CMS score between the Taohong Siwu decoction and the Taohong Siwu decoction plus shoulder joint suspension on rotator cuff injury.The differences in VAS score and CMS score were significant at 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Taohong Siwu decoction shows an obvious therapeutic effect on NEER classification type 1 and 2 of rotator cuff injury,and the effect of the Taohong Siwu decoction plus shoulder joint suspension is better.
