四磨汤联合穴位按摩对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的影响

Efficacy of the Simo decoction plus acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section

目的:探讨予剖宫产术后患者以四磨汤联合穴位按摩干预对促进其胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法:选择单县中医医院2019年1-12月收治并行剖宫产的产妇74例,按照随机数字表法分为常规术后处理对照组与采用四磨汤联合穴位按摩干预试验组各37例。对比两组治疗效果、术后胃肠功能指标恢复时间(肠鸣音恢复、排气时间、排便时间、食欲恢复)、血清学指标(血清胆囊收缩素、瘦素)的差异。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后肠鸣音恢复、排气时间、排便时间、食欲恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组血清胆囊收缩素、瘦素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产术后患者采用四磨汤联合穴位按摩治疗有利于促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,对调节血清胆囊收缩素、瘦素有一定的作用,值得推广。

Objective:To explore efficacy of the Simo decoction(四磨汤)plus acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods:74 cases were divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative treatment,and the experimental group was given the Simo decoction plus acupoint massage.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).The postoperative bowel sound recovery,exhaust time,defecation time and appetite recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum cholecystokinin and leptin levels in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Simo decoction plus acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and has a certain effect on regulating serum cholecystokinin and leptin.It is worthy of promotion.
