从《西溪书屋夜话录》的肝气治法浅析临床治疗思路

A brief analysis of the clinical thinking of treating liver diseases by the liver Qi therapy in Xixi Shuwu Yehualu

王旭高论著的《西溪书屋夜话录》为治肝病之大成之作,其通过"肝风、肝气、肝火"三者为纲,结合临床是否有冲心、犯肺、乘胃、悔脾等病证辨证施治,在治疗上常取得不错的疗效。笔者通过学习总结结合临床案例,浅析其运用思路。

Xixi Shuwu Yehualu(《西溪书屋夜话录》)from TCM master WANG Xugao is a great work for the treatment of liver diseases.It focuses on the three categories of“liver wind,liver Qi(气)and liver fire”,combines with whether there are clinical symptoms such as heart attack,lung attack,stomach attack and spleen attack,etc.based on TCM syndrome differentiation,and frequently achieves good curative effects.In this paper,the author analyzes the application ideas of clinical cases through learning from the great work.
