曹贻训教授自制骨蚀汤治疗股骨头坏死经验

Clinical experience of Professor CAO Yixun in treating femoral head necrosis with the Gushi decoction

在临床治疗中,中医辨证将股骨头坏死分为三期,比较简单实用。曹贻训教授认为皆为气滞血瘀,经脉痹阻,气血不足,肝肾亏损,所以临床治疗多为急则治其标,缓则治其本,标本兼治,攻补兼施。坚持补肝肾,强筋骨,活血化瘀,通络止痛为总的治疗原则,制定了骨蚀汤治疗该病。文章介绍了曹教授运用骨蚀汤治疗股骨头坏死的经验,以期为临床提供参考。

In clinical treatment,femoral head necrosis was divided into three stages according to TCM syndrome differentiation,which is relatively simple and practical.Professor CAO Yixun believes that all the causes of the three stages are Qi(气)stagnation and blood stasis,obstruction of the meridian,Qi and blood insufficiency,and liver and kidney deficiency.Therefore,most of the clinical treatments are to take temporary solution if the condition is acute,provide fundamental solutions to cure the disease if the condition is slow.According to treating both principal aspect and secondary aspect of disease,tonification and purgation in combination should be performed.To replenish the liver and kidney,strengthen the bones and muscles,promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and dredge collaterals and relieve pain are the general treatment principles.The Gushi decoction(骨蚀汤)was formulated to treat the disease,it has high clinical efficacy.
