毫火针联合现代康复技术对中风后偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响

Efficacy of fire needle with modern rehabilitation technology on limb function and daily living ability of post-stroke hemiplegic patients

目的:探讨毫火针联合现代康复技术对中风后偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:选择清远市慢性病防治医院2019年4月-2020年4月期间收治的中风后偏瘫患者65例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组32例和对照组33例。对照组采取现代康复技术治疗,研究组加用毫火针治疗,持续治疗2个疗程(40 d)。比较两组的康复效果。结果:研究组治疗后肌肉痉挛程度低于对照组,患肢肌力水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)、巴氏指数(Barthel,BI)评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后FMA上肢评分、下肢评分及BI评分均高于对照组,且两组均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫火针联合现代康复技术能够改善中风后偏瘫患者肌肉痉挛及肌力水平,促进肢体功能康复,提升日常生活能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of fire needle with modern rehabilitation technology on limb function and daily living ability of post-stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods:Sixty-five patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were divided into the study group of 32 cases and the control group of 33 cases by random number table method.The control group was treated by modern rehabilitation technology,and the study group was treated by acupuncture for 2 courses(40 days).Results:The degree of muscle spasm in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the muscle strength of the affected limb in the study group was better than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale,BI scores before treatment in the study group did not show statistically different from the control group(P>0.05);the upper limb FMA score,lower limb FMA score and BI score in the study group were higher than the control group,and in the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle with modern rehabilitation technology can improve the muscle spasm and muscle strength of post-stroke hemiplegic patients,promote the rehabilitation of limb function and enhance the ability of daily life.
