基于数据挖掘的三阴交穴治疗痛经的运用规律分析

An analysis of the application rule of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point in treating dysmenorrhea based on data mining

目的:分析针刺三阴交配伍其他穴位治疗痛经的经穴运用特点。方法:收集针刺三阴交配合其他穴位治疗痛经的相关文献,建立数据库,通过数据挖掘技术分析总结其选用经脉以及腧穴的规律。结果:通过分析得出,足太阴脾经、任脉、手阳明大肠经、经外奇穴为使用频次最高的经脉,建议以三阴交、关元、悬钟为基础方,以气海、神阙作为局部配穴,远端配穴可根据患者证型辨证配伍。结论:本研究所得的结果可以为临床上针灸治疗痛经的选穴提供一定的思路和参考。

Objective:To analyze the application characteristics of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point(三阴交穴)and other points in treating dysmenorrhea.Methods:The relevant literature on treating dysmenorrhea by acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point and other points was collected,a database was established,and the rules of selecting meridians and acupoints were analyzed and summarized by data mining technology.Results:According to the analysis,Taiyin spleen meridian of foot(足太阴脾经),Ren meridian(任脉),Yangming large intestine meridian of hand(手阳明大肠经)and external meridian points were the most frequently used meridians.It is suggested that Sanyinjiao point,Guanyuan point(关元穴)and Xuanzhong point(悬钟穴)should be used as basic points in prescriptions,Qihai point(气海穴)and Shenque point(神阙穴)should be used as local points,and distal points should be combined according to the syndrome types of patients.Conclusion:The results of this study can provide some ideas and references for the selection of acupuncture points for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea.
