高职院校“五育并举”学生综合素质评价:价值意蕴、评价要求与实践路径 被引量:1

Evaluation of Students’Comprehensive Quality of“Five Education Simultaneously”in Higher Vocational Colleges:Value Implication,Evaluation Index and Practice Paths

摘要 高职院校学生综合素质评价是高职教育评价的基础和重点,也是学校教育评价的核心。高职院校开展学生综合素质评价有利于体现“五育并举”的价值要求、优化职业教育类型定位、回答技能社会建设时代命题的价值意蕴。高职院校开展学生综合素质评价要增强育人属性、明确市场属性和强化就业属性等方面考虑,突出德技并修的评价目的、校企合作育人的评价主体以及增强适应性的评价标准。据此提出高职院校开展“五育并举”的学生综合素质评价的实践路径:提高学生综合素质评价的地位作用,科学设置学生综合素质评价的内容体系,科学改善学生综合素质评价的过程和强化结果应用。 The evaluation of students’comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges is the foundation and focus of vocational education assessment and the core of school education evaluation.Conducting an evaluation of students’comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges with the principle of“five education simultaneously”is conducive to reflecting the value,optimizing the positioning of vocational education types,and addressing the value implications of the skill-oriented social construction era.The evaluation in higher vocational colleges should enhance the educational attributes,clarify market attributes,and strengthen employment attributes.It should emphasize the evaluation goals of moral and skill development,the evaluation subjects of school-enterprise cooperation,and the enhancement of adaptive evaluation criteria.Based on the analysis above,this study proposes practical paths for higher vocational colleges to implement a comprehensive evaluation of students under the framework of“five education simultaneously”:elevating the status and role of student comprehensive evaluation,scientifically structuring the content system of student comprehensive evaluation,and systematically improving the process and reinforcing the application of the results of student comprehensive evaluation.
