产业学院助力共同富裕:作用机理与路径选择

摘要 实现共同富裕需要充分发挥高校社会服务的职能。在扎实推动全体人民共同富裕的进程中,产业学院这一混合型组织是高校发挥社会服务职能的重要抓手,作为人才“蓄水池”、技能“成长站”和成果“试验田”推动社会财富和个人财富的同步积累。在产业学院服务共同富裕的实践中,主要存在点状合作、链式服务和多元共创三种运行模式,同时也面临着办学灵活性不足、组织惯性约束以及资源转化和再生产能力较弱等现实挑战。未来产业学院还需在提高赋能质量、搭建协同创新平台、打造创新创业孵化基地上继续努力,以更好地带动人民走向共同富裕。 The social service function of colleges and universities is a good way to achieve common prosperity.In the process of promoting people’s common prosperity,industrial colleges are important hybrid organizations for colleges and universities to play their social service function.As“reservoirs”of talents,“growth platforms”of skills and“experimental fields”of technical achievements,industrial colleges promote the simultaneous accumulation of personal wealth and social wealth.In the practice of industrial colleges serving common prosperity,there are mainly three operation models:point-like cooperation,chain service and multi-agent co-creation.At the same time,industrial colleges face some challenges including insufficiency on operational flexibility,constraints from organizational inertia and weak capabilities of resource transformation.To better promote common prosperity,industrial colleges need to improve their qualities of empowerment,build a collaborative innovation platform and construct an incubation station for entrepreneurship.
