职业院校劳动教育评价机制:价值意蕴、现实审视及实践指向

摘要 构建职业院校劳动教育评价机制对职业院校劳动教育实施情况进行及时有效、全面科学的评价,在校验指导思想、锚定育人目标、发挥示范引领及促成改进优化方面具有重要理论价值。从现实情况看,当前职业院校劳动教育评价机制尚不健全,还存在着与普通教育和智育教育雷同的有而不专、缺少基础性和跟踪性评价的无头少尾、评价主体协同性差异导致的散而不通、对支撑五育融合力度不足的存而不优等问题。新时代职业院校应立足于自身类型特色,建立体现劳动教育专有性、坚持评价过程贯通性、强调五育并举融合性及涵盖全场域评价主体的评价机制,助推职业院校劳动教育落实落地。 Constructing an evaluation mechanism for labor education in higher vocational colleges to timely,effectively,comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges has important theoretical value in verifying guiding ideology,anchoring educational goals,demonstrating leadership,and promoting improvement and optimization.From a practical perspective,the current evaluation mechanism for labor education in higher vocational colleges is not yet sound,and there are still problems such as being similar to general education and intellectual education,lacking in basic and tracking evaluation without any beginning or end,scattered and inconsistent evaluation due to differences in the synergy of evaluation subjects,and insufficient support for the integration of the five educations.In the new era,higher vocational colleges should be based on their own characteristics,establish an evaluation mechanism that reflects the exclusivity of labor education,adhere to the continuity of the evaluation process,emphasize the integration of the five educations,and cover the entire field of evaluation subjects,to promote the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
