职业教育“三维核心能力”培养:内涵诠解、价值追问与实施路径

Cultivation of“Three-dimensional Core Competence”in Vocational Education:Interpretation of Connotation,Questioning of Value and Implementation Paths

职业教育“三维核心能力”是指学会学习的学习力、胜任职业的技能力和固本培元的素养力。其中,学习力是立身之本、技能力是立业之本、素养力是立世之本。职业教育“三维核心能力”具有三方面价值:砥砺学习、赋能发展;立世生存、强技出彩;立德铸魂、固本培元。需要通过“教给学生方法,让学生会学”“赋能学生思考,让学生善思”培养学生的核心学习力,通过“创生真实环境”“让学生过度学习训练”“坚持知行合一、技智融合赋能”培养学生的职业技能力,通过“发挥课程育人的主渠道作用”“重视‘三全’育人生态格局建构”培养学生固本培元的素养力。

The“three-dimensional core competence”of vocational education refers to the learning ability,the technical ability to be competent in the occupation and the literacy ability to strengthen the foundation.Among them,learning ability is the basis for establishing oneself,technical ability is the basis for establishing a career,and literacy ability is the basis for establishing a world.The“three-dimensional core competence”of vocational education has three values:to sharpen learning and empower development;to survive in the world and excel in skills;and to establish moral character and cultivate the foundation.It is necessary to cultivate students’core learning power by“teaching students methods so that they can learn”and“empowering students to think so that they are good at thinking”,cultivate students’vocational skill by“creating real environments”and“letting students over-study training”,“adhere to the unity of knowledge and practice,skills and wisdom integration and empowerment”,and cultivate students’literacy power by“playing the role of the main channel of curriculum nurturing”and“emphasizing the construction of the‘three-dimensional core competence’nurturing ecological pattern”.
