增强适应性视角下的高等职业教育质量评估指标构建 被引量:1

摘要 国家高度重视增强职业教育适应性,而提升高职教育适应性是增强职业教育适应性的重要组成部分,但是目前国内尚未建立高职院校教育适应性评价的指标体系,从教育质量评估视角考量是一种尝试和探索。参考国内外职业教育质量评估指标体系经验,构建基于提升教育适应性的“BSEI四维立体”教育质量评估指标框架,从“基向度适应”“自向度适应”“外向度适应”“内向度适应”4个适应度进行评估,建立了25个维度114个一级指标。 The enhancement of the adaptability of vocational education is highly valued by the state,while the improvement of the adaptability of higher vocational colleges is a significant part of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education.However,the indicator system for the evaluation of the adaptability of vocational colleges has not been set up in China,so the taking of education quality evaluation as a perspective is a kind of attempt and exploration.By learning from the domestic and foreign experience of vocational education quality evaluation indicator systems,it constructs the“BSEI four-dimensional”education quality evaluation indicator framework based on the improvement of education adaptability,which conducts the evaluation from“basic orientation adaptation”,“self-orientation adaptation”,“outward orientation adaptation”and“inward orientation adaptation”,and sets up 114 first level indicators in 25 dimensions.
