高职院校教师信息素养提升的现实困境与突围之策——基于全国职教高地省市高职院校的调研 被引量:5

摘要 数字化时代高职教师的信息素养直接关系到职业教育的发展质量。通过对山东省、甘肃省、江西省、江苏省、广东省等全国主要职教高地省市职业院校教师的调研发现,高职院校信息化教学逐渐融入教学日常,但教师信息化教学素养总体偏低;高职院校教师普遍利用数字化教学资源,但主动开发信息化教学资源方面还有待进一步加强;积极探索教学方法创新成为常态,但高职院校教师信息化教学能力有待提升;高职院校普遍重视教师信息化教学水平提升,但信息化建设支持体系还有待进一步完善。提升高职院校教师的信息素养,需要优化顶层设计,确立教师信息素养提升战略地位;强化跨专业协同合作,提升教师数字资源开发与应用能力;加强智慧校园建设,打造现代信息技术应用软硬件支持环境;持续推进“三教”改革,提高教师信息化教育教学能力;完善制度建设,优化信息素养提升保障机制。 The information literacy of higher vocational teachers in the digital era is directly related to the development quality of vocational education.Through extensive investigation of teachers in vocational colleges and universities in Shandong,Gansu,Jiangxi,Jiangsu,Guangdong and other major vocational education highlands in China,many practical problems have been found.For example,information-based teaching in higher vocational colleges is gradually integrated into daily teaching,but teachers’information-based teaching quality is generally low.Teachers in higher vocational colleges generally use digital teaching resources,but the active development of information teaching resources needs to be further strengthened.Actively exploring the innovation of teaching methods has become the norm,but the improvement of teachers’information-based teaching ability in higher vocational colleges needs to be improved.Higher vocational colleges generally attach importance to the improvement of teachers’informatization teaching level,but the informatization construction support system still needs to be further improved,and so on.To improve the information literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges,we need to optimize the top-level design and establish the strategic position of improving teachers’information literacy;strengthen cross-disciplinary collaboration and enhance teachers’digital resource development and application abilities;strengthen the construction of the smart campus and creating the software and hardware support environment for the application of modern information technology;promote the reform of“three education reform”and improve teachers’ability of information education and teaching should be continued;improve the system construction and optimize the guarantee mechanism for better information literacy.
