建设“技能型”乡村:职业教育服务乡村振兴的实践路向

Building“Skilled”Villages:Practical Direction of Vocational Education Serving the Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴的关键是人才振兴,职业教育在促进乡村振兴方面发挥着关键性作用。面临人力资源从乡村大量向城市流动,乡村老龄化等问题,初步探明我国职业教育需要克服形式单一、定位模糊、内容落后和特色缺乏等问题,在新一轮产业变革和就业形态背景下,锚定新航标、探索智能新路向、构建融合模式。紧扣新一轮的信息技术革命与产业结构调整机遇,职业教育服务乡村振兴一要充分利用网络数据平台,从探索智能发展、发挥能动性、激发内生动力三方面廓清职业教育改革的智能化发展趋向;二要坚持“产学研用”四位一体,从办学主体、培养方案和教育场域等方面探索融合培养模式为乡村振兴培养人才。

One of the keys to rural revitalization is talent.Vocational education plays an unprecedented role in rural revitalization.Facing a large number of human resources flow from rural to urban,rural aging and other problems,it is proved that vocational education in China need to overcome the problems of unitary talents cultivation pattern,blurred educational direction,backward contents and lack of characteristics.Under the background of the new round of industrial changes and employment patterns,we need to find new goals,explore new intelligent directions,and build integration models.Seizing the opportunities of the information technology revolution and industrial structure adjustment,we should focus on two aspects to serve rural revitalization.Firstly,we should make full use of the network data platform to explore the intelligentization development direction of vocational education reform from the three aspects of“wisdom”,“initiative”and“endogenous”.Secondly,it is necessary to adhere to integrate the“industry,education,research and application”in one,from the schools,training programs and education fields and other aspects of the integration of training mode to cultivate technical personnel for rural revitalization.
