摘要
打造教师教学创新团队是职业教育高质量发展的关键。教师教学创新团队是职业院校高质量发展的建设者,是职业教育专业建设的导航者,是职业教育教师整体专业发展的催化者和教师个人成长的示范者。不同角色定位对应地要求创新团队具备以发展力、合作力、引领力和学习力为核心的专业素养。基于团队的多重角色塑造和专业素养培养,教学创新团队需要创建队内队外双循环互动机制、利用团队专业优势引领教学创新、激发内外动机调动教师发展主动性以及建立数字化智能评价机制,助力团队高质量发展。
The teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers is the key to the high-quality development of vocational education,which is the builder of high-quality development of vocational education institutions,the navigator of specialty construction in vocational education,the catalyst of overall specialty development of vocational education teachers and the model of teachers’personal growth.The different role positioning correspondingly requires the innovation team to possess professionalism with developmental power,cooperation,leadership and learning power as the core.Based on the team’s multiple roles and professionalism,the teaching innovation team needs to create a double-loop interaction mechanism within and outside the team,use the team’s professional advantages to lead teaching innovation,stimulate internal and external motivation to mobilize teachers’development initiative,and establish a digital intelligent evaluation mechanism to help the team’s high-quality development.
