职教高考制度建设的区域实践——以江苏、山东、河南三省为例 被引量:8

摘要 职教高考制度的建立可以缓解中考分流和高考压力,打通中职到高职、本科甚至到专业研究生的升学通道,有利于技能型社会建设。各省职教高考制度建立的实践探索中面临着政策口径不一致、评判标准不明确、考试内容确定性不强等壁垒,完善职教高考制度应从建立“国家统筹+省级推进”的职教高考制度、统一职教高考范围、加强职业本科院校建设、加大职教高考宣传力度等方面入手。 The establishment of the system of“vocational education college entrance examination”can relieve the pressure of the secondary school entrance examination and the college entrance examination,and can also open up the pathway from secondary vocational education to higher vocational education,undergraduate education,and even master and doctoral education,which is conducive to the construction of a skill-based society.In the practical exploration of the“vocational education college entrance examination”,provinces have encountered barriers such as inconsistent policy caliber,unclear evaluation standards and uncertainty of examination content,etc.The improvement of the vocational education college entrance examination system should start from establishing a“national coordination+provincial promotion”vocational education college entrance examination system,unifying the scope of vocational education college entrance examination,increasing the construction of vocational undergraduate colleges and increasing the publicity of vocational education college entrance examination.
