摘要
全面推动教育数字化转型是当前我国教育现代化进程中一项紧迫而艰巨的任务。高职院校数字化转型是实现“智慧校园”的过程样态,具有变革性、全局性、迭代性的本质特征。基于以转换和融合阶段为主、智能阶段为辅的目标导向,高职院校数字化转型要建构智慧化教学支撑、网络化办公办事、智能化校园管理、自助化公共服务、数据化治理决策五个维度的普适性体系,明确产教融合特色创新、技术引领应用创新两个维度的创新方向,并建立闭环管理的组织体系、系统性思维一体化推进建设、数据治理驱动转型变革以促进高职院校实现数字化转型。
The comprehensive promotion of the digital transformation of education is a crucial and challenging task in China’s effort to modernize its education system.The digital transformation of higher vocational colleges,as the process of creating the“smart campus”,embodies transition,globalization,and iteration.Among its multi-stage tasks,this article considers the transformation and integration stage as the main stage,and the intellectualization stage as a supplementary one.The current study proposes a five-dimension universal system including smart teaching support,online services,smart campus management,self-service public services,data-based governance,and decision-making,and this study clarifies the innovation direction of the two dimensions of industry-education integration characteristic innovation and technology-led application innovation.Additionally,the mechanism and implementation plans for the digital transformation are explained in terms of establishing an organizational system of closed-loop management,promoting the construction through incorporating systematic thinking,and the transformation driven by data governance.
