摘要
组织关系是分析职业教育校企合作的重要视角。当前校企合作处于一种松散耦合关系之中,松散性源于双方相互独立运作且可以自由调整承诺,耦合性源于双方资源的相互依赖性与人才培养目标的一致性。松散耦合关系增强了合作的灵活性与适应性,有利于校企合作的持续开展。但在实践中,存在忽略组织差异致使校企双方缺少理念认同与行动协调、依附式合作导致校企合作缺少稳定性与持续性、口号式协议引致校企合作规制性与操作性不强等问题。应通过利益嵌入构建校企利益共同体,责任嵌入构建校企责任共同体,知识嵌入构建校企知识共同体,形成学校与企业的强组织关系,进一步提升合作效果,推动职业教育高质量发展。
Organizational relationship is an important perspective to analyze school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education.The current school-enterprise cooperation is in a loosely coupled relationship.The looseness stems from the organizational distance between the school and the enterprise,and the coupling stems from the interdependence of both parties’resources and the consistency of talent training goals.The loose coupling relationship is conducive to the cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate talents on a flexible basis,and enhance the adaptability of the cooperation system.In practice,the neglect of school-enterprise organizational differences,the lack of attention to each other’s interests,and the weak regulation of joint responsibility have resulted in poor school-enterprise cooperation in educating people.It is suggested to build strong school-enterprise cooperation by measures such as interests embedding,responsibility embedding and knowledge embedding,so as to enhance the effect of school-enterprise cooperation and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
