论普职融通的价值导向与制度路径

On the Value Orientation and Institutional Paths for the Integration of General Education and Vocational Education

经济社会发展与科技进步加速演进,职业教育与普通教育间的联系日趋紧密。加强职业教育与普通教育的沟通、衔接和融合,已成为时代的必然选择,普职融通已成为新时代推进国家教育体系优化的重要政策话语和改革方向。普职融通至少包括三个层面的内涵:普职融合、普职沟通和普职衔接。促进人的全面自由发展是推进普职融通的根本价值追求,是指引相关政策和教育改革实践的核心价值导向。推进普职融通是教育制度层面的改革、协调与重构,要积极探索以机构重建优化学校教育制度,以要素融通丰富教育体系,以体制机制创新完善教育管理制度。

Economic and social development,scientific and technological progress are accelerating,so that the relationship between vocational and general education is becoming closer and closer.Strengthening the communication,connection and integration of vocational education and general education is an inevitable choice of the times.Integration of general education and vocational education,which has been an important policy discourse and reform direction in promoting the optimization of national education system in the new era,includes at least three aspects:integration,communication and connection.To promote people’s overall and free development is the fundamental value pursuit of the integration of general and vocational education,and is the core value orientation to guide relevant policies and educational reform practice.To promote the integration of general and vocational education is the reform,coordination and reconstruction of the educational system.We should actively explore the optimization of school educational system through the reconstruction of institutions,the integration of elements to enrich the educational system,and the institutional innovation to improve the educational management system.
