摘要
职业教育作为与经济社会发展密切关联的教育类型,对加快中国式现代化建设意义重大。近年来,新《职业教育法》正式施行、利好政策密集出台、信息技术深度应用,为职业教育助力中国式现代化建设提供了良好契机。面对上述机遇,政府、职业院校、企业等应以服务中国式现代化建设为首要任务,打造纵向贯通、横向融通育人体系,创新构建产教融合生态系统,持续深化“三教”改革进程。在战略实施层面,要以落实职业教育信息化2.0行动为“先手棋”,放大数字化技术溢出效应;以加快推进制度保障机制建设为“关键棋”,厚植中国式现代化人才根基;以服务全民终身学习体系建设为“制胜棋”,创建开放互融式职教生态圈。
As a type of education closely related to economic and social development, vocational education can cultivate a large number of high-quality technical talents, which is of great significance to accelerating the Chinese-style modernization. In recent years, the formal implementation of the new Vocational Education Law, the intensive introduction of favorable policies, and the in-depth application of information technology have provided a good opportunity for vocational education to contribute to the Chinese-style modernization.Faced with the above opportunities, the government, vocational colleges, enterprises and other relevant parties should take serving the Chinese-style modernization as the primary task, build a talent training system with vertical and horizontal integration, build an ecosystem that integrates industry and education, and continue to deepen the reform process of“teachers, textbooks and teaching methods”. On the level of strategic implementation, we should take the implementation of vocational education informatization 2.0 as the“first step”to amplify the spillover effect of digital technology;take accelerating the construction of the system guarantee mechanism as the“key chess piece”to consolidate the talent foundation of the Chinese-style modernization;take serving the construction of the lifelong learning system for all as the“winning chess piece”to create an open and mutually integrated vocational education ecosystem.
