新职教法背景下中国特色高层次学徒制的生成逻辑、内涵特征与实施路径 被引量:8

摘要 新职教法背景下,中国特色高层次学徒制是服务制造强国战略、增强职业本科教育适应性、赋能技术技能人才可持续发展、服务“工匠精神”传承的应然选择。中国特色高层次学徒制是基于职业教育类型属性,针对职业教育本科专业开展的,以培养德智体美劳全面发展、具备解决复杂问题能力、适应数字经济时代的高层次技术技能人才为目标的人才培养制度,其在顶层设计、标准体系、运行机制、质量保障等方面具有鲜明特征。其具体实施路径为:基于制度逻辑,畅通体制机制,建立学徒培养体系;基于标准逻辑,规范学徒培养,构建标准体系;基于运行逻辑,整合多方资源,工学交替培养;基于保障逻辑,强化动态监控,持续诊断与改进。 The high-level apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics under the background of the latest version of the Vocational Education Law of PRC is a natural choice to serve the strategy of building China into a strong country in manufacturing,enhancing the adaptability of vocational undergraduate education,enabling the sustainable development of skilled and technical talents,as well as carrying forward“craftsman spirit”.The high-level apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is based on the type of vocational education and is carried out for undergraduate majors of vocational education.The talent training system aims to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,the ability to solve complex problems,and who can adapt to the era of digital economy.The talent training system has distinctive features in top-level design,standard system,operating mechanism,and quality assurance.Its specific implementation paths are:based on the standard logic,standardize the apprenticeship training and build a standard system;based on the operating logic,integrate multiple resources and alternate between work and learning cultivation;based on the guarantee logic,strengthen dynamic monitoring,continuous diagnosis and improvement.
