摘要
开发职业院校教师企业实践标准,是完善职业院校教师企业实践培训体系和结构的客观需求,为实现产业发展与专业教学需求匹配提供了根本保障,对促进职教师资队伍内涵式发展具有重要意义。以教师专业化发展理论、职业分析理论、能力结构研究范式为理论依据,坚持“职业性”与“专业性”并重、“师范性”与“实用性”结合、“科学性”与“示范性”融合的原则,遵循标准开发程序和标准开发逻辑的技术路线,聚焦职业院校教师课堂教学需求、专业教学能力提升要求,关注教师企业实践供给侧结构性改革需要,以教师企业实践能力模型建构为核心开发了职业院校教师企业实践培训标准。该标准具有本土特色、可操作性强、有利于成果转化、形成开发平台等特点。
The development of enterprise practical training standards for teachers in vocational colleges is an objective requirement for improving the practical training system and structure of teachers in vocational colleges. It provides a fundamental guarantee for the matching of industrial development and professional teaching needs and is of great importance in promoting the connotative development of vocational teaching staff. Based on the theory of teacher professional development, professional analysis theory, and ability structure research paradigm, it insists on the principles of equal emphasis on“occupational”and“professional”, the combination of“professionalism in teacher education”and“practicability”, and the combination of“scientific”and“demonstration”, follows the technical route of standard development procedures and standard development logic, focuses on the classroom teaching needs of teachers in vocational colleges and professional teaching ability improvement requirements, pays attention to the needs of teachers’ enterprises practical supply-side structural reforms. Based on the construction of the teachers’ enterprise practice ability mode as the core, the enterprise practice training standards for teachers in vocational colleges were developed. The standard has local characteristics and strong operability, and it is conducive to the transformation of achievements and forms a development platform.
