系统思维视域下高职院校教学成果运行系统高质量发展探析

摘要 教学成果是针对教育教学活动开展研究、改革与实践所取得的系统性、科学性、实用性的产出结果,其运行系统是高职院校教育教学工作高质量发展的重点领域和关键环节。然而,高职院校教学成果运行系统在发展过程中,存在理念方向偏失与规划设计缺位、构成要素分散与结构功能偏差、组织管理弱化与评价保障缺位等问题。系统思维作为一种思维理念与实践方法,对于融通教学成果培育生成与应用推广关系具有较强的适切性,有助于应对教学成果运行中的复杂问题。系统思维助推高职院校教学成果运行系统高质量发展的路径为:明晰教学成果发展理念,定位培育生成与应用推广方向标;优化教学成果构成要素,打造培育生成与应用推广连接体;理顺教学成果运行机制,密切培育生成与应用推广共同体。 Teaching achievements are the systematic, scientific and practical output results obtained from the research, reform and practice of education and teaching activities. Its operation system is the key field and key link to the high-quality development of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. However, in the development process of the teaching achievement operation system of higher vocational colleges, there are problems such as the deviation of the concept direction and the lack of planning and design, the dispersion of constituent elements and the deviation of structure and function, the weakening of organization management and the lack of evaluation guarantee. As a kind of thinking idea and research method, system thinking can help to deal with complex problems in the operation of teaching achievements. Therefore, the paths of systematic thinking to promote the high-quality development of the teaching achievement operation system in higher vocational colleges are put forward: clarifying the development concept of teaching achievement, and positioning the direction of cultivation generation and application promotion;optimizing the constituent elements of teaching achievement, and creating a connection body between cultivation generation and application promotion;straightening out the operation mechanism of teaching achievements, and closely cultivating a community of generation, application and promotion.
