摘要 根据力场分析理论,专业群建设过程中同时存在促进专业合作发展与专业独立发展两个方向的作用力。政府政策的引导、产业发展的需求以及高职院校专业管理创新与职能优化的需要是专业群产生与发展的动力。但在建设过程中也面临诸如组织、制度、文化、利益以及校企合作等方面的阻力,阻力影响专业间的合作发展。从力场转换的视角出发,专业群建设的有效路径为:领导核心统筹协调、探索组织创新、提供制度保障、加强课程群建设、增强专业群的开放性。在此基础上,专业群的建设要同时在组织、制度等方面采取变革措施,以局部范围的创新、小步子前进的方式,通过持续不断的变革达到质变的效果。 According to the theory of force field analysis, two forces promote the development of specialty cooperation and specialty independent development in the process of specialty cluster construction. The guidance of government policy, the demand for industrial development, the need for management innovation and functional optimization are the driving forces for the construction of specialty clusters. However, in the construction of specialty clusters, there are also many obstacles, such as organizational resistance, institutional resistance, cultural resistance, interest resistance, and school-enterprise cooperation resistance, the existence of these obstacles affects the development of specialty clusters. From the perspective of force field conversion, the effective paths of specialty clusters construction are put forward as follows: coordinating with leadership as the core, exploring organizational innovation, providing an institutional guarantee,strengthening the construction of curriculum group and enhancing the openness of specialty clusters. On this basis, the construction of specialty clusters should take reform measures in the aspects of organization and system at the same time, and achieve the effect of qualitative change through continuous reform in the way of local innovation and small steps.
