高职院校“立德树人”培育机制与实践路径——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

On the Cultivation Mechanism and Practice Paths of “Moral Education” in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce as an Example

新时代立德树人工程建设还面临理念创建不成体系、机制构建效益不佳、要素遴选不够全面等问题。针对这些问题,需要在“立德树人”培育机制与实践路径上进行深入研究。以无锡商业职业技术学院为例,通过研究确定培育机制的理念引领和主要要素及其相互关系来解决培育机制创建的问题。通过加强思政课程、完善课程思政体系、强化三全育人模式、创新治理机制来推动立德树人与课堂教学、专业理论实践涵养、大学文化、大学治理体系和治理能力现代化建设有机融合。

In the new era, the construction of moral education projects still faces problems such as unsystematic concept creation, poor efficiency of mechanism construction, and insufficient selection of elements. In response to these problems, it is necessary to conduct indepth research on the cultivation mechanism and practice paths of moral education. Taking Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce as an example, the problems of the establishment of the cultivation mechanism are solved by studying and determining the concept guidance of the cultivation mechanism, the main elements and their relationship. By strengthening the ideological and political courses, improving the ideological and political system of the courses, strengthening the three-way education model, and innovating the governance mechanism,we will promote the organic integration of moral education, teaching in class, professional theoretical and practical cultivation, university culture, university governance system, and modernization of governance capabilities.
