摘要 以专业群建设带动职业教育高质量发展是职业教育新阶段的理性选择。由于专业群自身表征模糊等因素导致专业群建构缺乏成熟的技术路径,制约了其效用发挥。由于与专业群范围耦合、形式耦合、内容耦合与评价耦合,资历框架可以有效解决专业群整体能力架构问题、专业群内“上下联动”和“左右整合”问题,使专业群真正对应产业群的需求,同时实现专业群自身效益的优化。要实现基于资历框架建设专业群,需按照行业能力等级标准整体设计专业组群模式,基于能力矩阵设计专业课程体系,按照能力单元设计课程及其学分评价标准体系,同时围绕“成效为本”开展课程教学和教学资源建设,落实专业群建设的意义和功能。 It is a rational choice for the new stage of vocational education to promote the connotative development of vocational education through the construction of specialty groups.However,the lack of mature technical paths,such as the vague representation of specialty groups,restricts its effectiveness.Due to the coupling of the qualifications framework with the scope,form,contents and evaluation of the specialty groups,the qualifications framework can effectively solve the problem of the overall capability structure of specialty group,the“up and down linkage”and“left and right integration”problems within the specialty group,so that the specialty group truly corresponds the with needs of the industry group,and at the same time realize the optimization of the self-efficacy of specialty group.In order to realize the construction of specialty groups based on the qualifications framework,it is necessary to design the specialty group model as a whole according to the industry capability level standards.Design specialty curriculum system based on ability matrix,design courses and credit evaluation standard system according to ability unit.At the same time,the curriculum teaching and teaching resource construction are carried out around the“effectiveness-oriented”,and the significance and function of the construction of specialty groups are implemented.
