职业教育服务智能时代新型人才需求的适应性困境与改进路径 被引量:4

摘要 以大数据、互联网等为核心的智能技术全方位冲击和重塑整个职业教育样态,重新定义了智能时代技术技能人才的核心胜任力要求,产生新型人才需求。职业教育承担着人才培养的重要社会职能,亟需革新人才培养模式的关键内核以适应新型人才发展需求。复合能力、创新思维、终身学习素养等高阶认知能力和“人本化”精神的非认知能力是当下职业教育新型人才培养的重要导向。立足职业教育人才培养的适应性逻辑理路,探究智能时代职业教育人才培养存在的跨界融合壁垒、思维养成受限、素养涵育受阻、价值冲突等适应性现实困境,以问题为导向探寻增强职业教育新型人才培养的改进路径,以最大程度地发挥职业教育人才培养的重要社会职能。 Intelligent technology with big data and Internet as the core impacts and reshapes the whole vocational education in an allround way,redefines the core competency requirements of technical and skilled talents in the intelligent era,and brings new talent demand.Vocational education undertakes the important social function of talent training.It is urgent to innovate the key core of talent training mode to meet the needs of new talent development.The high-level cognitive abilities such as compound ability,innovative thinking and lifelong learning literacy and the non-cognitive ability of“Humanistic”spirit are the important guidance for the cultivation of new talents in vocational education.On this basis,based on the adaptive logic of vocational education talent training,this paper explores the adaptive dilemma existing in vocational education talent training in the intelligent era,such as cross-border integration barriers,limited thinking cultivation,blocked literacy education and value conflict,and explores the improvement paths of strengthening the new talent training of vocational education,so as to give full play to the important social function of vocational education talent training to the greatest extent.
