“一核一带一区”背景下广东省高职旅游专业结构与产业布局适应性研究

Study on the Adaptability of Tourism Specialty Structure and Industry Layout in Higher Vocational Colleges of Guangdong Province under the Background of “One Core, One Belt and One District”

高职旅游专业结构需与旅游产业结构有效对接,以充分发挥专业服务产业的价值。在“一核一带一区”背景下,针对广东省“十四五”旅游产业规划,对广东省高职旅游专业结构与旅游产业布局适应性进行分析,发现专业结构类型无法适应产业创新升级,整体专业结构无法适应旅游产业结构,专业结构与产业结构布局失衡,专业类型无法对接旅游产业集群。在此基础上建议:政府需加强顶层规划设计,动态调整专业结构;学校需对接产业集群,调整专业及课程结构类型;企业需发挥职业教育主体作用,深化产教融合协同育人目标;第三方组织需发挥组织协调作用,搭建合作平台。

The specialty structure of higher vocational colleges should be connected with the industrial structure in order to give full play to the value of specialty services to the industry.This paper analyzes the adaptability of tourism specialty structure and tourism industry layout in Guangdong Province based on the 14th Five-year Plan of tourism industry planning under the background of“one core,one belt and one district”.The research found that specialty structure types cannot adapt to industrial innovation and upgrading,the overall specialty structure cannot adapt to the tourism industry structure,specialty structure cannot match the layout of industry and specialty types cannot connect with tourism industrial clusters.It is suggested that the governments at all levels should strengthen top-level planning and adjust the professional structure dynamically;schools need to adjust the structure of majors and courses connecting with industrial clusters;enterprises should play the main role of vocational education and deepen the goal of integrating industry and education;the third party organizations should play an organizational and coordinating role and build a cooperation platform.
