Construction of the Discourse System of Higher Vocational Education with Chinese Characteristics under the New Development Pattern

中国特色高等职业教育话语体系是打造中国高职教育模式、实现高职教育高质量发展、服务构建新发展格局的迫切需要。随着高职教育的发展,以“立德树人”为根本任务的中国特色高职教育话语体系核心话语正在形成,以类型教育为特征的高职教育高质量话语形式逐步凸显,但中国特色高等职业教育话语体系建设还处于起步阶段。中国特色高职教育话语体系构建应遵循高职教育发展规律,夯实中国特色高职教育话语体系的思想根基;以“立德树人”为核心话语,构建系统的中国特色高职教育话语体系;坚持类型教育特色发展,丰富以“立德树人”为核心的中国特色高职教育话语体系内涵;加强高职教育理论研究,支撑高职特色话语体系构建;拓展话语表现形式,提升高职国际话语权,从而为世界贡献中国高职方案,服务新发展格局,助推中华民族伟大复兴。

Construction of the discourse system of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics is the urgent demand of the national strategy to serve the construction of a new development pattern,the inherent appeal of high-quality development,and the inevitable appeal of summarizing experience to create Chinese model of higher vocational education.With the leapfrog development of higher vocational education,the core discourse of the discourse system of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics with the fundamental task of“cultivating people by virtue”is taking shape,and the high-quality discourse forms of higher vocational education characterized by“type education”are gradually becoming prominent.However,the discourse of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics remains at the initial stage.The construction of the discourse system of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics should consolidate the ideological foundation;adhere to the characteristic development of type education;surrounding the key words of“cultivating people by virtue”,enrich the connotation of the discourse system of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics centered on“fostering character and civic virtue”;enhance the theoretical research on higher vocational education;promote the right of speech of higher vocational education internationally through effective expression and improved communication capacity,so as to contribute China’s higher vocational scheme to the world.
