新时期残疾人职业教育面临的挑战与对策——基于新《职业教育法》贯彻与落实的思考

Challenges and Countermeasures of Vocational Education for Persons with Disabilities in the New Era——Based on the Implementation of the New Vocational Education Law

残疾人职业教育是职业教育的重要组成部分。相比1996年版的《职业教育法》,新《职业教育法》更加突出了差别原则、融合教育、因材施教等理念,在保障残疾人职业教育权益方面取得新突破。针对残疾人接受职业教育的机会不足、职业教育体系有待完善、整体办学水平有待提高等问题,新时期还需通过多元办学、加强配套保障、多种形式促进就业等举措,进一步扩大残疾人职业教育规模,提升残疾人职业教育质量,助力残疾人人生出彩。

Vocational education for persons with disabilities is an important part of vocational education.Compared with the 1996 version of the Vocational Education Law,the newly revised Vocational Education Law highlights the principle of difference,inclusive education and teaching students according to their aptitudes,making a new breakthrough in protecting the rights and interests of vocational education for persons with disabilities.Vocational education for persons with disabilities is faced with problems such as insufficient opportunities to receive vocational education,the vocational education system needs to be improved,and the overall school-running level needs to be improved.In the new era,it is necessary to further expand the scale of vocational education for persons with disabilities,improve the quality of vocational education for persons with disabilities,and help persons with disabilities shine in life through various measures such as diversified school-running,strengthening supporting guarantee,and promoting employment in various forms.
