民国时期郑文汉的职业教育思想与实践

On Zheng Wenhan’s Vocational Education Thought and Practice during the Republic of China

郑文汉是中华职业教育社的重要骨干,是我国近代著名的职业教育家,是推动职业指导理论建设与实践发展的重要先驱之一。他主张服务还须救国,重视职教师资培养,倡导教育界与职业界加强联系合作。他引介国外的职业心理学知识、职业指导理论,介绍国外职业指导发展概况,并积极探索本土的职业指导理论发展,开展有益的职业调查测验,推进职业指导工具建设,给予职业青年适切建议。郑文汉在民国时期的理论研究与实践工作,加速了国外职业教育元素引介的进程,进一步丰富了职业教育思想的内涵,对当时的青年就业择业起到了积极作用。

Zheng Wenhan is an important backbone of the China Vocational Education Society,a well-known vocational educator in modern China,and one of the important pioneers to promote the development of vocational guidance theory and practice.He advocated that the people should serve to save the country and attach importance to the training of vocational teachers,and he advocated strengthening the relationship and cooperation between the education sector and the occupation sector.He introduced foreign occupational psychology knowledge and occupational guidance theories,introduced the development of occupational guidance abroad,and actively explored the development of local career guidance theories,carried out useful career surveys and tests,promoted the construction of career guidance tools,and gave appropriate advice to young people.Zheng Wenhan’s theoretical research and practical work in the Republic of China accelerated the process of introducing foreign vocational education elements,further enriched the connotation of vocational education thought,and played a positive role in the employment and career selection of youth at that time.
