新发展理念下高职专业设置与地区产业发展契合度研究——以无锡10所高职院校为例

Research on the Fitting Degree of Higher Vocational Specialties Setting and Regional Industrial Development under the New Development Concept——Taking 10 Higher Vocational Colleges in Wuxi as Examples

高职院校肩负着为经济社会建设与发展培养职业技能型人才的使命,高职专业设置与地区产业发展需求的契合度尤为重要。以无锡10所高职院校为研究对象,从近年无锡经济发展与产业结构变化趋势入手,分析无锡高职专业设置基本情况及其与产业结构的契合程度和特点,发现各院校专业设置整体与地区产业发展规划基本契合,但各院校偏离度差异明显,存在专业设置覆盖率较低、重复率较高、高成本专业盲从跟风、低成本专业扎堆等现象。对此,无锡高职教育应进一步优化专业结构布局,建立区域产业为导向的专业优化和动态调整机制,找好专业设置与区域产业发展之间的平衡点,坚持走特色化办学道路。

The mission of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate professional and skilled talents for economic and social construction and development,and the degree of fit between the setting of higher vocational majors and regional industrial development is particularly important.Taking 10 higher vocational colleges in Wuxi as the research object,we analyze the basic situation of specialties setting and the degree and characteristics of the fit between them and the industrial structure,starting from the trend of economic development and industrial structure changes in Wuxi in recent years,and find that the overall specialties setting of each colleges basically fit with the regional industrial development plan,but the deviation degree of each colleges varies significantlyThere are phenomena of low coverage of specialties setting,high repetition rate,blind obedience of high-cost majors and piling up of low-cost majors.In this regard,Wuxi higher vocational education should further optimize the layout of specialty structure,establish regional industry-oriented specialty optimization and dynamic adjustment mechanism,find a good balance between specialties setting and regional industrial development,and insist on the road of specialization.
