人工智能背景下职业院校劳动教育模式构建 被引量:7

摘要 人工智能具有改变社会生产劳动的"奇点"意义,推动劳动方式、内容、过程、观念、价值与目的发生巨变。劳动巨变内在驱动职业院校劳动教育变革,教育方式需要走向智能,教育内容需要突出社会性、情感性的非物质性劳动内容,教育过程需要侧重创造与愉悦,教育观念提倡热爱劳动,教育价值强调创造,教育目的指向人的全面发展。结合人工智能背景下劳动教育改革的理路,职业院校可以从教学模式、学习模式、环境创设模式、评价模式、管理模式等多个方面,贯通"教、学、育、评、管"等教育各环节,构建以智能、个性、创造、多元为特征的劳动教育新模式。 The contemporary artificial intelligence serves as the"singularity",transforming the labor of social production and revolutionizing the methods,contents,process,concepts,values and purpose of labor.Such radical changes of labor becomes the inherent driving force behind the reformation in labor education in higher vocational colleges.Such reformation involves intelligence-oriented changes in the way of education,the stress on social,emotional,non-material labor in the content of education,the emphasis on creativity and pleasure in the process of education,the advocacy of love for labor as the concept of education,the foregrounding of creation as the values of education and comprehensive development of people as the purpose of education.Adopting the theoretical approach to reformation of labor education within the context of artificial intelligence development,vocational colleges could launch reforms in the models of teaching,learning,environmental construction,evaluation,and administration in an effort to construct new models of labor education featuring intelligence,individuality,innovation and diversity by integrating teaching,learning,nurturing,evaluation and management.
