依据质量管理体系相关标准倡导的理念、原则和方法,构建符合职业教育规律的专业教育过程、资源建设过程、质量管理过程及其相互关系,明确专业建设的任务、关键工作及具体要求。将过程方法应用到专业建设管理中,指出管理的重点任务和方法,完善专业建设质量管理体系,解决目前职业院校专业建设中存在的专业建设与专业教学过程脱节、专业建设质量评价不客观等问题。根据专业建设及其管理的实际需要,确定专业建设管理信息化系统的功能需求。

According to the concepts,principles and methods advocated by the relevant standards of the quality management system,constructing a specialty education process,resource construction process,quality management process and their interrelationships that conform to the laws of vocational education,and clarifing the tasks,key tasks and specific requirements of specialty construction.It should apply the process method to specialty construction management,point out the key tasks and methods of management,improve the quality management system of professional construction,and solve the problems such as current disconnection between specialty construction and specialty teaching process in professional construction of vocational colleges and the quality evaluation of specialty construction is not objective.According to the actual needs of specialty construction and management,determine the functional requirements of the specialty construction management information system.
