新时代高职会计专业新型育人模式的研究与实践——以上海东海职业技术学院教学改革为例

Research and Practice of New Educational Mode of Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era——Take the Teaching Reform of Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College as an Example

为适应小微企业人才需求,与本科教育错位发展,上海东海职业技术学院会计专业创新育人模式,以期为新时代高职会计专业人才培养探索一条可供借鉴的发展之路。学校根据小微企业人才需求的特殊性和高职会计教育与就业面向的差异性,针对会计人才培养中存在的与本科会计教育同质化、人才培养目标定位不清晰、教学内容与就业面向脱节、学生毕业不能即时上岗等问题,通过重树人才定位、重构培养体系、导入国际CCPA标准、重塑教学模式、重建教学资源、重创实训方式等举措,使得人才培养质量不断提高。

In order to adapt to the talent needs of small and micro enterprises and to develop in a dislocation with undergraduate education,Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College innovates the education mode of accounting major to explore a development path for the training of accounting professionals in higher vocational colleges in the new era.According to the particularity of talent needs of small and micro enterprises and the differences in higher vocational accounting education and employment orientation,the college aims at the problems of homogeneity of accounting talent training with undergraduate accounting education,the unclear positioning of talent training objectives,the disconnection between teaching content and employment orientation,and students can’t be employed immediately after graduation.Through measures such as re-establishing talent positioning,reconstructing the training system,introducing international CCPA standards,reshaping teaching models,rebuilding teaching resources,and reinventing training methods,the quality of talent training has been continuously improved.
