摘要 餐饮、旅游和会展业的融合发展态势,对技术技能人才提出了更高的要求。为适应产业发展,长沙商贸旅游职院组建了"餐旅会"专业群,通过人才培养模式改革、打造优质课程资源、推行1+X证书制度、建立产教协同创新联盟、开发与引进国外优质职教资源、建设高水平教师创新团队、建立共享型智慧实训基地等途径开展专业群建设,以培养具有国际视野、富有创新精神、专业知识扎实、职业素质高的技术技能型人才。 The integrated development trend of industries of catering,tourism and exhibition has put forward higher requirements and greater demand for technical and skilled personnel.In order to adapt to the development of the industry,on the basis of carefully analyzing the problems in the training of professional talents in the catering and tourism clubs and clarifying the logic of the group establishment,Changsha Vocational College of Commerce and Tourism has established a specialty group of"catering,tourism and exhibition",through the ways such as reform of the talent training mode,creating high-quality curriculum resources,promoting the"1+X certificate"system,to carry out the construction of specialty groups.The purpose of it is to cultivate technical and skilled talents with international vision,innovative spirit,solid professional knowledge,and high professional quality.
