摘要 从职业教育质量评估的发展历程出发,回顾历史,审视当下,探讨了增值评价在职业院校学生积极心理培育、推动职业院校教师专业发展、构建职业院校品牌自信等方面对于职业教育评估的积极意义。针对职业教育评估存在的问题,从重视增值评价理念、适当引入第三方评估机构创设多元化增值评价主体、强化评估指标体系中的增值评价元素、针对性开发增值评价软件等方面提出了职业教育质量评估的优化策略,以推动职业教育公平、可持续发展。 Starting from the development process of vocational education quality evaluation,through reviewing history and examining the current situation,it explores the positive significance of value-added evaluation for vocational education evaluation in terms of positive psychological cultivation of vocational college students,promotion of professional development of vocational college teachers,and building self-confidence in the brand of vocational colleges.In view of the problems in the evaluation of vocational education,the optimized strategy of the quality evaluation of vocational education is proposed from the aspects of attaching importance to the concept of value-added evaluation,appropriately introducing third-party evaluation agencies to create diversified value-added evaluation bodies,strengthening the value-added evaluation elements in the evaluation index system,and targeted development of value-added evaluation software to promote the fair and sustainable development of vocational education.
