中职机械专业学生职业能力认知:现实困境与提升路径 被引量:5

Occupational Ability Cognition of Students Majoring in Mechanical Engineering in Secondary Vocational School: Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Strategies

摘要 以湖州市5所中职学校机械专业的360名学生为被试,通过问卷调查的方式对其职业能力认知进行研究。结果表明:在中职机械专业学生的职业能力认知的专业能力认知、方法能力认知和社会能力认知三个维度中,社会能力认知水平相对较高,专业能力认知和方法能力认知水平相对较低;担任学生干部、父母亲学历高和家庭月收入高的学生,其职业能力认知水平较高;低年级的学生职业能力认知水平也较高。可采取以下策略以优化学生职业能力认知:优化职业能力全面发展的教学模式,打造职业能力创新发展的育人环境,寻找"升学"与"就业"之间的平衡点,构建职业能力均衡发展的运行机制。 Taking 360 students majoring in mechanical engineering from 5 secondary vocational schools in Huzhou city as the subjects,the cognition of their occupational abilities was researched through a questionnaire survey.The results show that the occupational ability cognition of mechanical students in secondary vocational machinery is composed of three dimensions:professional ability cognition,method ability cognition and social ability cognition.Among them,the cognition level of social ability is relatively high,and the cognition level of professional ability and method ability is relatively low.Serving as student leaders,students with high parental education and high monthly family income,have a high level of occupational ability cognition.The level of occupational ability cognition of the students in the lower grades is also higher.The suggestions are as follows:optimize the teaching mode for the comprehensive development of occupational ability,create an educational environment for the innovative development of vocational competence,find the balance between"entering a higher school"and"employment",and build an operating mechanism for the balanced development of occupational ability.
