本科院校转型发展视阈下新建本科院校师资队伍建设的思考

On the Construction of the Faculty of Newly-established Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of the Transformation and Development of Undergraduate Colleges

引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型发展,是国家对高等教育体系改革作出的重大战略决策。建立一支具有应用型本科特色的新型师资队伍是顺利实现高校转型的重要支撑,尤其是对于新建本科院校,其原有师资队伍普遍存在专任教师数量不足、学历层次偏低和实践经历不足等问题。为满足应用型本科教育通识课教师的基本素养、专业课教师的实践能力和师资队伍分类建设的新要求,新建本科院校需从稳定兼职师资队伍、加大师资实践培训力度和把好师资队伍"入口""出口"等途径加强师资队伍建设。

Guiding a group of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to transform and develop into applied technology-based colleges and universities is a major strategic decision made by the state to reform the higher education system.The establishment of a new faculty with applied undergraduate characteristics is an important support for the smooth transformation of universities,especially for newlyestablished undergraduate colleges,where the original faculty generally has an insufficient number of full-time teachers,low academic level,and insufficient practical experience,etc.To meet the new requirements of the basic literacy of general education teachers of applied undergraduate education,the practical ability of professional teachers,and the classification of teachers,newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities need to strengthen the construction of the faculty team by stabilizing the part-time faculty,increasing the intensity of practical training of the faculty,and improving the"entry"and"export"of the faculty.
