高职院校参与“乡村振兴”研学实践教育基地建设分析——基于吉林省“全面振兴、全方位振兴”发展视角

Analysis for Higher Vocational Colleges Participating in the Construction of “Rural Revitalization” Research and Practice Education——Based on the Development Perspective of “All-round Revitalization and All-round Revitalization” in Jilin Province

为凸显"三农"发展在吉林省全面振兴中的重要作用,应打造好"乡村振兴"研学实践教育基地,促进全社会形成关心农业、关爱农民、关注农村的良好氛围。高职院校具有培养职业化、专业化人才的技术能力和运营研学项目的管理能力,在研学实践基地建设方面应充分发挥自身优势积极参与。通过对吉林省"乡村振兴"研学实践教育基地建设分析,找出存在的问题,结合吉林省乡村振兴22项指标内容,在项目规划设计、项目资源整合、项目运营管理方面提出高职院校参与基地建设的相关对策。

In order to highlight the important role of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the comprehensive revitalization of Jilin province,Jilin province should build a good"rural revitalization"research and practice education base to promote the whole society to form a good atmosphere of caring about agriculture,caring for farmers,and paying attention to the countryside.Higher vocational colleges have the technical ability to train professional and specialized talents and the management ability to operate research projects.They should give full play to their own advantages and actively participate in the construction of research and learning practice bases.Building a research and practice education base with the theme of"rural revitalization"is an effective way to increase the enthusiasm for agricultural learning.Through the analysis of the construction of the"rural revitalization"research and practice education base in Jilin province,the existing problems were found,combined with the 22 indicators of rural revitalization in Jilin province,the participation of higher vocational colleges was proposed in the aspects of project planning and design,project resource integration,and project operation management.Relevant countermeasures for base construction.
