《职业教育法》修订要处理好九大关系

当前,《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的修订工作是我国教育法治进程中的一件大事,对推动我国职业教育的发展具有重要意义。在《职业教育法》修订过程中,需要把握职业教育与国家发展、职业教育与普通教育、技能教育与知识教育、升学与就业、学业证书与职业资格证书、教师的理论能力与实践能力、教育部门与人社部门、经费的政府责任与社会家庭分担、学校与行业企业九种关系,使《职业教育法》的修订符合法治精神、治理理念和教育规律。

At present,the revision of the Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China is a major event in the process of the rule of law in China’s education,and is of great significance to the promotion of the development of China’s vocational education.In the process of revising the Vocational Education Law,we need to grasp vocational education and national development,vocational education and general education,skills education and knowledge education,advancement and employment,academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates,teachers’theoretical and practical abilities,the education department and the human resources and social department,the government’s responsibility for funding and family sharing,and the school and industry enterprises make the revision of the Vocational Education Law in line with the spirit of the rule of law,the concept of governance and the law of education.
