地方高校土建类专业硕士教学改革策略研究——以吉林建筑大学为例

当前地方高校土建类专业硕士研究生人才培养与行业人才需求还有较大差距。土建类专硕研究生教学存在教学质量评价机制落后,教学体系与教学方式单一,实验教学与专业能力培养脱节等问题。地方高校土建类专业硕士人才培养中应充分发挥高校工程研究中心的作用,构建产学研相结合的教育模式,适当调整专业硕士培养方案,优化课程结构体系,建立师生共同实践体系,建立质量保障持续改进机制,构建符合"工业4.0"新时代行业需求的研究生人才培养模式。

At present,there is still a big gap between the talent cultivation of postgraduates majoring in civil engineering in local universities and the demand for industry talents.There are problems including the backward teaching quality evaluation mechanism in the teaching of postgraduates in civil engineering,the teaching system and the teaching method are single,and the experimental teaching is out of touch with the professional ability training.Local colleges and universities should give full play to the role of engineering research centers in civil engineering in local colleges and universities,build an education mode that combines industry,education and research,appropriately adjust professional master training programs,optimize the curriculum structure system,establish a joint practice system for teachers and students,establish a continuous improvement mechanism for quality assurance,and build a postgraduate talent training mode that meets the industry needs of the new era of"Industry 4.0".
